They would treat our home inside and within a day or two the bugs would be back. My stepson told him we weren't expecting anyone and told him to hold on. He went to ask his mom if she knew about this. She said she didn't and didn't want them to service it as it was raining. My stepson told the guy this and his response was "well, too late. I just got done".

Then they didn't send me a bill, but rather sat on it until they got payment for a service we did know about. Then decided we had money so suddenly they were calling to collect.

Apparently they don't want customers in the building. I was not sure if all the services were done or not as they didn't always schedule someone...they just showed up. I would pay a bill and another would show right back in its place in my email box. So I requested paper bills be sent so I could see when they got here and that they weren't duplicate bills. Then, we called and asked for the refund for the initial visit. They denied and claimed they did the service. I will never ever use this company at all!!!!!
