WILMINGTON, NORTH CAROLINA -- Home Paramount was a mediocre pest control company that offered horrible customer service. They would treat our home inside and within a day or two the bugs would be back. My stepson told him we weren't expecting anyone and told him to hold on. He went to ask his mom if she knew about this. She said she didn't and didn't want them to service it as it was raining. My stepson told the guy this and his response was "well, too late. I just got done".
Then, we called and asked for the refund for the initial visit. They denied and claimed they did the service. I will never ever use this company at all!!!!! WOODBRIDGE, VIRGINIA -- We called Home Paramount because we found mouse dropping in the kitchen area. The technician came and walked around my house for about 15 minutes.

They called the local office and got hold of the branch manager. So I drove back to the office and had a sit-down meeting with the manager. We are long time Home Paramount customers and have been generally pleased with their basic service. We hired their wildlife removal team to trap and remove a woodchuck and then fill the hole in our yard. They placed the trap and said they would check it daily for 2 weeks.

As a matter of fact, we just replaced our insulation in the attic. We then called 3 other pest control companies for their evaluation. They walked around with my house inside and outside my house and found Home Paramount did nothing at all other than putting up 1 small bait box in the basement. I called the branch and regional managers and asked for refund but they declined. They claimed their had done their service. I called their customer service people who are not at my local office.
Our treatments are based on a proper identification. Have been using Home Paramout for decades now. They will even come between scheduled services if you think perhaps there may be a problem and you want them to look at it, and take necessary steps. He did NOT inform me that the powder that he was going to spray would fly all over the room.
I would look forward to our Technician returning again for our next visit. I should not have to call in when it’s time for my quarterly service. Last service technician came later than scheduled window time with no notice of him running behind. He didn’t dust for cobwebs around the house as he should be doing at every service. This will be my last year with Home Paramount. Unless I received the voicemail that was left for me that you were coming to provide service I would have had no idea that you were even there.
